Want to try something new and spice up your cooking? Grab one of our monthly take-and-make Spice of the Month kits!

Each kit includes: 

• Information cards explaining the history of the spice, its flavor profile, and common uses
• A reading list of books that highlight cultures which often feature the spice in their cuisine
• Recipes featuring the spice
• A sealed sample packet of the spice so that you can try out the recipes!

Spice kits are released the first Monday of every month and are available on a first come, first served basis. The Spice of the Month display is located next to our DVD section.
